One-Year Course for Professionals
The Transcendental Meditation program is the most widely practiced, extensively researched program available to improve leadership performance. The Center for Leadership Performance provides TM instructional sessions and follow-up meetings for individuals and organizations, ensuring that each individual learns the technique correctly—and continues to practice it properly—for maximum individual and corporate benefit.
Three Phases

Instruction
7-Step Course of Instruction
The Transcendental Meditation program is taught through a seven-step course of instruction. Note that each individual learns the TM technique through personal instruction with a specially trained teacher. (60 – 90 minutes each session)
5 Advanced Meetings:
After the initial seven steps of instruction, there are five follow-up seminars and meditation checking sessions over the period of one year. These are held at the business or organization. The follow-up sessions are scheduled to fit the needs of those learning the technique. (One hour each session)
Lifetime of Follow Up Meetings:
After the one-year course, a lifetime of free follow-up seminars and meditation checking sessions are available by appointment for all participants through local centers of the Transcendental Meditation program in 1000 cities worldwide. (One hour each session)
Research
Component
An optional research component can be incorporated into the course to quantify and document the benefits of the TM program for brain functioning, heart health, and personal effectiveness and productivity. This research can be conducted in partnership with local universities or research institutions.
Academic credit
Academic credit is available for this one-year course.
Tuition
Tuition for the one-year course, including all instructional meetings, follow-up seminars and checking sessions, as well as course materials, is $3,000 per person.
